My wife rushed in and grabbed a rice crispy treat before I even got into the building. It was huge! She ripped it open and started eating right away. She would most likely punch me if she knew I told you all this:) They are only like a 1.85 which is really inexpensive for as large as they are. The noodles and the steak were off very good quality. The steak was very tender and delicious. My wife had macaroni and cheese and smelled so good. Next time I will try the macaroni and cheese burger bowl which is new. Made sure to check into foursquare while I was there too!

Noodles and Company is my favorite fast food place because it doesn't _taste_ like fast food. I feel bad calling it fast food, but at the same time, it doesn't cost a lot (considering that they bring it to you and bus the table, but don't accept tips) and it's made quickly (but it's fresh!). It's super delicious and it's a place that I can go to with my vegetarian friends and not worry that they can only eat nachos or some other (generally fattening) appetizer. That said, not all of the menu items start out vegetarian. The Pad Thai has shellfish in it (I assume that's because they use traditional Thai fish sauce) and they change their recipes on occasion, so if you're a veggie, make sure the dish you want to order has a "V" next to it. Some are also vegan on their own (like the Japanese Pan Noodles) and some are vegan if you special order them (for instance, you can get the Penne Rosa w/o cream and cheese). And speaking of special ordering, Noodles is really good about letting you switch basically everything on their menu. Don't like mushrooms? Sub it for another veggie you do like. Want to add a veggie? Not a problem, though it does cost a little extra. You have allergies? They have pamphlets that list what main allergens are in which dishes. Some of the items don't have gluten on their own and some are gluten-free if you order them with rice noodles (though they say that it's reduced gluten because it may come into contact with gluten from other noodles). The portion of the regular is enough that you might have leftovers, which I recommend because the calorie and fat amounts are generally on the high side (as you might expect with fast food), especially if you add meat. The worst offenders (this is without meat): Indonesian Peanut Saute (950 cal / 23 fat), Pesto Cavatappi (910 / 30), and almost all of the "American" section (real shocker there :-P ...most are 900 / 30). They have pamphlets with nutritional value (it's also the one that lists what allergens are in each dish), so be sure to check those out if you have concerns (they also have it on their website if you want to check it out ahead of time). They also have "small" portions and these generally cut everything in half, which puts them into a healthier range. So to review - great prices, delicious food, extremely flexible to accommodated special diets and picky eaters, and healthy, assuming you make the right choices. (They also have a location right by Knapp's Corner (which is the corner where Celebration North is), though it's not connected to that big "cement playground," so you have to go to the "Michigan turn around" just after the light. I always forget this, so don't feel bad if you do to, heh.)

Yummy, convenient, good service. This Noodles has been a stop for our family on a regular basis since my sister started living in GR. We're yet to have a bad experience. Plus- it's so much better than regular fast food!

Pricey and they can't cook tofu. Maybe I should've known not to order tofu in the middle of nowhere MI. My mistake.

I had never been to a noodle & co, and I was craving some hot soup ad noodles... Its got good combos and is great for vegetarians. All their rice, noodles, soup is vegetarian and you can add some meat if you want to. I tried the Thai curry for soup and Indonesian style noodles...I like spicy food and I requested them to make it extra spicy...The noodles were superrrrrr hot!!!! Yummy!!! I can have bowls and bowls of it!

I running with a solid four stars here. This is a national chain restaurant. The food is has always been good its not off the charts but definitely worth eating at if your hungry. I have not traveled the menu to much, I usually will get the spaghetti and meat balls or the Japanese pan noodles. I have never had a meal I disliked here. The place is always clean and the people have always been friendly. On a side not they do not let you tip them. Swing on in if your hungry its a kid friendly place they have mac and cheese.

Second visit to Noodles and Company was not as enjoyable as the first. I ordered the Thai Hot Pot...although it was very flavorful, the portion was quite small for the price tag. Overall, the menu is quite diverse and the service (order at the counter) is good. I also like the fact that they have the Coke machine which allows you to customize to your liking. I will probably go again given the location is very convenient to the airport hotels..but will not order the same item again.

I was very excited to try the new Thai Hot Pot and ordered it togo today. While the flavor was good, I got about a bite of noodles (I had them separate the noodles and the soup since I was not eating it right away). I definitely thought it was not worth the money. You would think NOODLES and Co would serve more than 1 bite of noodle.... There portions are not generally big, but this is just ridiculous

Always dependable for fresh food that taste good. Came here and had the Japanese Pan Noodles and hubby had Mac and Cheese. Indonesian peanut saute and Bangkok curry are good too here.

Ate here while visiting from out of town. I had the Thai Hot Pot - it's life changing. I've been searching for a copycat recipe online until I can come back to GR. I won't be back in Grand Rapids for another 2 months, but Noodle's Thai Hot Pot will be the first thing I eat. I thought the prices were very good. The workers were all very friendly as well, but the dish/trash picker-upper guy likes to hover waiting for you to finish, which was weird.

I'm a very happy momma! The staff here greeted us promptly, and then took the time to come around the counter to take my daughter's order. She is 2. When the gentleman brought out our food, he also brought my daughter a rice Krispy treat on the house. So generous and made this outing one to remember. We will be back!

Wisconsin Mac is killer but the prices here are too high. There is no kids menu, so we end up spending more than we would at a better quality restaurant. The new pop machine is great and has bold new flavored. I always return but i will hold out on another star until there is a kids menu. Watching older people try to work the new pop machine is almost worth it

My noodles were slightly burnt and salty. Portions are a bit small. Staff was very friendly. A bit disappointing overall.

Totally bummed by this place but I am guessing it's what I ordered. I saw they had Wisconsin Mac and cheese and since I was in the mid west in decided to give it a try. Honestly it was so bland. I think the white cheddar Kraft In box is better. To be fair my friend had some Asian noodles that she really enjoyed.

I ordered the Thai hotpot without any of the meat but was still charged the full price. $10 for a bowl of soup?? To be fair the flavor was very good, but the price was ridiculous. It wasn't at all busy while I was there but still sat waiting for my to-go order for quite a long time. For some reason the older woman who was adding the fresh ingredients was on the phone the ENTIRE time. Literally had a cordless phone to her ear with her shoulder while she worked. Maybe get off the phone to speed up the process? It was strange. Another girl then handed me my bag and I saw she left my flat bread sitting on the counter so had to remind her. Geesh. Not impressed with this joint.

A little pricey,BUT the whole grain tuscan linguine is delicious! I would also love to try some of the soups but i always end up getting the same thing every time. Also try the potstickers, they are so good and the dipping sauce is to die for! This place is very vegetarian friendly too if you are one.

First time visiting Noodles & Company so didn't know what to expect. It was dinner time during the week and the place looked that way. Many of the tables still hadn't been cleared, there were napkins on the floor, the staff looked like they had been through the ringer. I looked over the menu while standing in line to order and thought the concept was interesting. They were featuring a Thai Hot Pot Bowl, which sounded like it could be good, so I ordered it. I went and sat down, and waited. I felt as if they forgot about me because I could see people being served that ordered after I did. I also noticed the orders on the tv screen in the kitchen had all been completed, or so it seemed. It had been between 10 and 15 minutes at this point. I was just about to get up and walk over to the counter, when I noticed one of the servers talking to the cook in the kitchen and it was obvious they had figured out they somehow missed me. A few minutes later I was brought a large colorful bowl of aromatic coconut curry broth, filled with noodles, fresh vegetables, and a lime wedge, with a side of crispy bread. I wanted to take a picture but my phone had just died, so I couldn't. I had initially thought the prices were too expensive, but when I saw what I got for it, I changed my mind. The meal was so incredibly flavorful, sweet and spicy, that worked so well together. I finished the bowl and was very satisfied with my choice. So apart from the first impression being less than great, I also wondered about the ability of the kitchen to portion consistently. I couldn't see really well, but it looked as if the cook was grabbing noodles with his tongs to add to the saute pan, which might work occasionally, but it would be difficult to reproduce this across the chain without having a more precise method of measuring to insure consistency. I will go back.

Fantastic fast-casual pasta with reasonable prices and friendly staff. You can't ask for much more than that

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
